反渗透水处理设备国家标准
1 范围
本标准规定了反渗透水处理设备(以下简称设备)的分类与型号、要求、试验方法、检验
规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。
本标准适用于以含盐量低于10000mg／L 的水为原水，采用反渗透技术生产渗透水的水处
理设备。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件，其
随后所有的修改单（不包括勘误的内容）或修改版均不适用于本标准，然而，鼓励根据本标
准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
3.1
反渗透膜 reverse osmosis membrane

使水溶液中的水和某些组分选择性透过，从而达到纯化或浓缩、分离的目的。

用符合标准要求的反渗透膜构成的基本使用单元。

4 产品分类与型号
4．1 产品分类

a) 小型设备 日产水量≤100 m3/d；
b) 中型设备 日产水量100～1000 m3/d；
c) 大型设备 日产水量≥1000 m3/d。
4．2 产品型号
4．2．1 产品型号以反渗透的英文字头RO 和膜的型式代号、设备的规格代号、反渗透的级
数组合而成：
4．2．2 反渗透膜的型式代号(用汉语拼音字头表示)：
J----卷式膜；B----板式膜；Z----中空膜；G----管式膜。
4．2．3 设备的规格代号(以设备的类别代号的英文字头表示)：
S----小型设备；M----中型设备；L----大型设备。
4．2．4 反渗透的级数代号(以阿拉伯数字表示)：
1----一级反渗透；2----二级反渗透；3----三级反渗透。
4．2．5 型号示例：

5 要求
5．1 反渗透水处理设备性能指标
a) 脱盐率：设备的脱盐率≥95％(用户有特殊要求的除外)。
b) 原水回收率：
----小型设备原水回收率≥30％；
----中型设备原水回收率≥50％；
----大型设备原水回收率≥70％。
5．2 原材料要求
5．2．1 反渗透膜组件、泵、各种管道、仪表等设备构件，均应符合相应的标准和规范要求。
5．2．2 凡与水接触的部件的材质不能与水产生任何有害物理化学反应，必要

时采取适当的防腐及有效保护措施，不得污染水质，应符合有关安全卫生标准的要求。
5．3 外观
5．3．1 设备应设计合理，外观结构紧凑、美观，占地面积及占用空间小。
5．3．2 设备主机架安装牢固，焊缝平整，水平及垂直方向公差应符合国家标准的要求，涂
层均匀、美观、牢固、无擦伤、无划痕，符合国家有关规定。
5．4 组装技术要求
5．4．1 设备各部件连接处均应结构光滑平整、严密、不渗漏。
5．4．2 管道安装平直，走向合理，符合工艺要求，接缝紧密不渗漏，塑料管道、阀门的连
接应符合HG20520 规定，金属管道安装与焊接应符合GB50235 的要求。
5．5 仪器仪表、自动控制、电气安全
5．5．1 设备配备的仪器、仪表的量程和精度应满足设备性能的需要，符合有关规定，接口
不得有任何泄漏。
5．5．2 自动化控制灵敏，遇故障应立即止动，具有自动安全保护功能。
5．5．3 电气控制柜应符合国家及相关行业规定，安装应便于操作，符合设计要求。
5．5．4 各类电器接插件的安装应接触良好，操作盘、柜、机、泵及相关设备均应有安全保
护措施，保证电气安全。
5．6 泵的安装
泵安装平稳。高压泵进、出口分别设有低压保护和高压保护。
5．7 反渗透膜的保护系统
反渗透膜的保护系统安全可靠，必要时应有防止水锤冲击的保护措施；膜元件渗透水侧
压力不得高于浓缩水侧压力0．03 MPa；设备关机时·，应将膜内的浓缩水冲洗干净；停机时
间超过一个月以上时，应注入保护液进行保护。
5．8 设备的使用条件
5．8．1 为保护设备正常运行，设备的进水应满足如下要求：
a) 淤塞指数SDl 15<5；
b) 游离余氯：聚酰胺复合膜<0.1 mg/L；乙酸纤维素膜0.2 mg/L～1.0 mg/L；
c) 浊度<1.0 NTU；
d) 根据原水水质，正确设计预处理工艺，选用符合国家及行业标准的预处理设备、
管路和阀门，原水水质指标的测定按照相应的国家标准和行业标准进行；
e) 根据反渗透膜元件要求合理控制进水的pH 值、铁离子、微生物、难溶盐等参数；
5．8．2 操作温度、操作压力：
a) 操作温度：温度为影响产水量的主要指标，通常复合膜适用 4℃～45℃；乙酸纤
维素膜适用4℃～35℃。
b) 操作压力：根据工艺要求，操作压力一般不大于3.5MPa。
5．9 设备安装要求
设备安装时，在装卸膜元件的一侧，应留有不小于膜元件长度1.2 倍距离的空间，以满
足换膜、检修的要求。设备不能安置在多尘、高温、振动的地方，一般应安装于室内，避免
阳光直射，环境温度低于4℃时，必须采取防冻措施。
5．10 设备清洗
设备应设有化学清洗系统或接口，以便定期进行清洗。

反渗透膜是一种模拟生物半透膜制成的具有一定特性的人工半透膜，是反渗透技术的核心构件。反渗透技术原理是在高于溶液渗透压的作用下，依据其他物质不能透过半透膜 而将这些物质和水分离开来。反渗透膜的膜孔径非常小，因此能够有效地去除水中的溶解盐类、胶体、微生物、有机物等。系统具有水质好、耗能低、无污染、工艺简单、操作简便等优点。
反渗透膜是实现反渗透的核心元件，是一种模拟生物半透膜制成的具有一定特性的人工半透膜。一般用高分子材料制成。如醋酸纤维素膜、芳香族聚酰肼膜、芳香族聚酰胺膜。表面微孔的直径一般在0.5～10nm之间，透过性的大小与膜本身的化学结构有关。有的高分子材料对盐的排斥性好，而水的透过速度并不好。有的高分子材料化学结构具有较多亲水基团，因而水的透过速度相对较快。因此一种满意的反渗透膜应具有适当的渗透量或脱盐率。
反渗透膜应具有以下特征：
（1）在高流速下应具有高效脱盐率；
（2）具有较高机械强度和使用寿命；
（3）能在较低操作压力下发挥功能；
（4）能耐受化学或生化作用的影响；
（5）受pH值、温度等因素影响较小；
（6）制膜原料来源容易，加工简便，成本低廉。
反渗透膜的结构，有非对称膜和均相膜两类。当前使用的膜材料主要为醋酸纤维素和芳香聚酰胺类。其组件有中空纤维式、卷式、板框式和管式。可用于分离、浓缩、纯化等化工单元操作，主要用于纯水制备和水处理行业中。
